Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions set our your rights, and those of Social Media and Print, in relation to this website.
By ordering from us, you accept that you are entering into a contract with us under these Terms, and that you are over 13 years of age.
Use of this Website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
We try to make sure that all of our products are shown accurately and that prices are correct at time of sale. However, occasionally there may be small variations in colour. All handmade items may have slight imperfections due to manufacture.
You can pay for your products using PayPal.
From time to time, we may need to cancel an order for the following reasons:
If we do not have the chosen product in stock
If there has been a pricing or product description error.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-14 working days. Expected delivery times and prices will differ according to the products you order. Royal Mail advises that 90% of all FIrst Class post arrives the day after dispatch but can take longer to arrive. We reserve the right to change the postage cost at any time. We do not guarantee delivery dates or times. 
If a delivery attempt is made and you fail to rearrange or collect your item and it is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for paying postage for it to be resent.
If your order does not arrive you must contact us within 14 days to let us know. 
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and includes a full UK postcode. If you give the wrong address you will remain liable for this and you could be resposnible for paying to redeliver.
Neither we, nor any delivery service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform services where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside of our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood and extreme winds) fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, or industrial dispute or strike.

Returns Policy

Orders can be cancelled if your order has not been produced (if personalised) or packed (if standard items). Please call us to cancel your order. Emails can be delayed and not acted upon immediately.
We will always try to send your products in perfect condition. However, occasionally a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in transit or is the wrong item, we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible. We will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
We aim to acknowledge any complaint within two working days and will do our best to resolve it within five working days. We may ask you to take a photograph of the product to help us. SHould it be necessary we will then advise you how to return your item.
Where an item is faulty, we will ask you to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure you retain your proof of postage, we will refund return postage up to the cost of first class postage, should your item be damaged or faulty. Please ensure your name, address and order number and reason for return is in the envelope. Refunds will be actioned once the item has been checked and refunds should appear within three working days of receiving the return goods. Your right to return items to us in accordance with these Terms is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimbure the price you have paid for the products to your PayPal account that you paid with. Alternatively, we may offer to resend the products free of charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions through product misuse or it is is a personalised item being mis-spelt due to the information you provided when ordering.
When you are retuning items that were part of a larger order, we will refund for the item minus any increased postage costs that you would have incurred had you not ordered the item in the first place.
Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless they are damaged. Once personalised items have gone to print, they cannot be returned unless they are damaged. Once personalised items have gone to print, they cannot be returned. 
When using a discount code on our website, only one code can be used per order.
All material that appears on this website is protected by copyright, trade marks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative work from us unless properly licensed in writing by us to do so.
We reserve the right at any time to suspend or terminate your access to the website.
